As a new member, the first time you’ve logged into the site, things can be a little daunting.
Where do you go from here? What is the point of the site? How will it help me make money.
Take a look around and get to know the site.
On the left you'll see the following...
- Settings - This area is pretty self explanatory. If you’d like to have an avatar for use in the
forum, you can add that here.
- 2) Profile - This is just basic info about you. When you joined, how many times you’ve posted,
how many times you’ve logged in.
- 3) Private Messenger - Exactly as it says. You can privately message and communicate with
Members. Inside the forum you’ll see this button under a Users post. Clicking it will
allow you to message that member.
- 4) Latest Downloads - This is exactly what it says. The latest products that have been
added to the Members area
On the top you'll see the following...
- Downloads - The Download Area - All products can be found here for download.
- Forum - The Members Forum is a great place to chat with other Members, discuss your marketing efforts and seek advice.
- Media - We have been purchasing and buying some exceptional Multimedia Videos on Internet Marketing training. The videos can be watched and streamed directly from the site. Take a look as you may find the answer to something you’ve been wondering.
- Store - The store is something we started a while back. Occasionally in Internet Marketing products are sold with specific user rights which say the product MUST be sold and there must be an exchange of funds. Since my goal has always been to save Members money we combatted this by doing something different. When these products do come up we place them in the store for a very low fee. In return, we’ve taken the funds and donated them to various charities. The products are processed by DLGuard and should always be delivered instantly. If there is EVER a problem the simplest thing to do is send ME a PM.
- Hosting/Help - This is a big area which we’ll cover in the third section.
Downloading Products
This is one of the biggest reasons Members love our site. We purchase high quality Internet Marketing products with the rights to provide them to our Members. That means products are sold with these various rights you’ve most likely heard about.
The rights you’ll see most often on our products are the following.
Personal Usage Rights - You’re provided downloads for your own personal use. IE. If it’s an eBook, you can read it, print it and take it in the backyard with a cold drink and enjoy all the training and information you’ll be processing. You can’t however sell it or give it away in any way shape for form.
Resale Rights - You’ve been provided with the rights to Resell the product. You’ve been given a license by use to take the product and sell it. You can most likely even give this away if you want. You can’t change the product at all nor can you provide rights to your buyers to resell it.
Master Resale Rights - This is similar to Resale Rights except now you CAN give your buyers the rights to resell the software. You can post these on Membership Sites (in most cases - or unless otherwise specified)
Private Label Rights - These are my favorite rights but we’ve learned over the past few years we have to be meticulous about your Private Label Rights (PLR) purchases.
PLR means you can take the product and essentially change it and call it your own. In some cases you can even claim authorship. Usually the rights on PLR are pretty open in terms of what you can do. That being said there are some restrictions.
Usually, unless specified you cant give away PLR rights to your buyers.
Unrestricted PLR - Unrestricted is essentially that. DO as you will. In this case feel free to give PLR away or sell it.
In any case, I try to lay out the rights on most products added to the site.
How to find out when new products are posted?
The easiest way is this.
Login to the site.
Head into the Forum
Click the Forum Directory called New Downloads & Multimedia
The rest is pretty simple. Every time a new product has been posted I post a quick blurb here. This blurb usually explains about the product, where we got it, the associated rights and a link to download it.
You’ll then be taken to the download page where you can download the product.
You can post any questions regarding a posted download in the specific forum posting.
You can also rate and comment products on the download page.
When in doubt, ask.
How to set up hosting?
This is something that always confuses new members. Let’s go through it now.
- Login to the site.
- Click Hosting/Help
- In the right hand corner you must create a new Registration for our Hosting System (if you’ve done so, login)
Once logged in, click ORDER from the left hand side.
- Click ORDER NOW
- Put in the rest of your domain. Notice we already put the www. Add the domain plus extension. .com, .ca, .biz, .org etc.
It will ask you to put in your Rich-Jerks.com Username
- Click Add to cart
- If you want to add more sites click “KEEP SHOPPING”
- If not, click Checkout (Don’t worry, it’s free)
- It says “Complete Order Via PayPal” (Don’t worry, we aren’t doing anything with PayPal...it’s free!) Complete your order now
Provided there are no issues. You’re account will be set up INSTANTLY and you’ll be sent an email with your login details.
From here you’ll be able to view all your hosting accounts and submit support tickets.
Remember the hosting is set up INSTANTLY. No waiting. Except......
If you don’t receive an email and your account shows as pending, here is what you must do.

Hosting Support
The hosting area where you create hosting is also where you can get support.
Click on My Support Tickets and Submit a Ticket.
This is our third party support team.
We pay them per ticket to provide support to our members.
They literally answer tickets within 5 minutes. Don’t believe me?
Submit a ticket and time it. Let me know in the forums how long it took.
Here are a few things to know.
If they say that they have flagged the ticket for the concerned personal, this means they have flagged the ticket for ME. If you don’t get a response in a timely fashion from me, there is always a quick fix.

If you ask support specific Rich-Jerks.com Membership Questions like “how do I download this product?” or “what rights does this product come with?” They aren’t going to be able to answer. Those are questions for the forum or for me. They simply manage our hosting support and they do an amazing job.
When in doubt, send me a PM or post in the forum for a quick response.
Script Installs
I convinced our support team to handle script installs for members of scripts you purchase (for a hefty fee!!!)
This is a real life saver in many times and worth it’s weight in gold. For example, you purchase aMember and don’t have a clue how to install it, they will do it for you. Want wordpress installed? They will do it.
There are some limitations to this. It’s a basic script install. They won’t configure and design a drupal site for you. It’s really simply. You buy a script and want it installed they will do it.
There is a process you must follow.
Get the script and upload it to the domain where it will be installed.
Submit a ticket. The ticket must include the following. First, tell the team the location and name of the file to be installed. Secondly, provide instructions. Don’t ask the support team to go digging through a zip file for instructions. Either pull it out and tell them where it can be found or give them a link to the script install instructions.
Give them any other requests.
That’s really it. again, if there is an issue, they will pass it on to me. If something is above and beyond what they are paid to do, same thing, they will pass it on to me.
JVManager 2 Fantasos Hosted Accounts
The JVManager 2 Fantasos Hosted Accounts are live.
This is an extremely powerful system and we'll use the Rich-Jerks.com forum to help each other flush out issues.
The software is far more advanced that most shopping carts, solutions I've seen but with a little luck I think this can come in very handy.
First things first.
I've been working on a few new business projects which many of you know about. I've decided to run/store the hosted accounts off of the Rich-Jerks.com server. The reason being is your "order now" and "delivery" items will be delivered through the systems domain and I wasn't sure everyone wanted "rich-jerks.com" in your download links.
My new basecamp for a few upcoming projects is going to be at TheInternetMarketingAlliance.com and this is where the JVM Hosted Accounts will operate from.
OK enough said.

From here, fill out the forum.
When you reach the next page fill out the required information and use the coupon
"rjelitemember" minus the quotes.
Once completed you'll have a full JVM 2 Hosted Account.
Now many of you are going to feel lost and confused as to the power of this beast.
We've had a few people testing and working with JVM and we're developing some documentation. For the most part, any questions you have should be asked in the forum.
